Returns
I am dedicated to keeping you happy. I want you to come back time and time again. Nimmy's Jewellery stands by the high quality of items I make and so will not be happy until you are. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase in any way, please return them and I will happily exchange them for something else. I cannot offer refunds but will not charge you for any exchanged items being sent in the post.
How do I return an item?
Simply send the item back to me in the original packaging and let me know why you are returning it. You can contact me for address details of where to send your items.

Delivery
I will do my best to dispatch your order the day you place it. In busy times I will contact you if delivery will take a little longer. Your order will be sent first class Royal Mail, so no signature will be required. If you know you are usually out when the postman calls, you can ask for your parcel to be sent to a different address when you place your order. This service should take between 2-5 days.
Standard Delivery Charge
Nimmy's Jewellery have a standard delivery charge of £2.75 postage and packaging - the gift wrapping is FREE!!
